PURPOSE

A VoxBox campaign is a program Influenster runs with brands where a selected group of members qualify to receive a box of products or samples in the mail to test and review!

 

Influenster is a digital destination where millions of consumers research and review products and where brands target and connect with highly engaged, empowered shoppers.

These products come directly from some of the biggest beauty and consumer good brands - including L'Oréal, Marc Jacobs, Kat Von D, LVMH, COTY, PepsiCo, Unilever and Proctor & Gamble. 

VOXBOXES 

A VoxBox is a box of free, often full-size products that Influenster delivers to its members for testing purposes.

Influenster ships out thousands of exclusive VoxBoxes every month to from brands you know and love to members residing in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. 

PRINT & PACKAGING

While working at Influenster, I worked on designing boxes and postcards for VoxBox campaigns. Some VoxBox campaigns feature an assortment of products while others will spotlight one particular brand. These brands rely on Influenster members to provide honest feedback and share their authentic experiences on social media.

 

One of the challenges we had was to step away from a photographic approach - as Influenster focuses largely on promoting user generated content. We aimed to create this set of icons to symbolize Influenster’s core attributes keeping with the illustration style that we created for the website/app. These icons are used in pitch decks, internal/external presentations and marketing material. 

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

Influenster has a platform consisting of over 11 million reviews (99% of them not generated from product trials) and 880,000 new reviews generated each month. These products represent over 100K consumer brands with over 1.7 million product pages for users to review, ask/answer questions, and upload photos/videos of.

The “About Page” on the website/app was redesigned with the intention of bringing the mission of Influenster to life - a place for users to DISCOVER new products, test and REVIEW products, and SHARE product insight, photos, and videos. The use of bright colors and illustration gives it the friendly and inviting feel the company embodies.
