Suma has a background is in art direction, branding and human-centered design. She is currently based in Delhi, prior to which she has lived in New York City, Mumbai and Singapore.
She strongly believes that design is a powerful tool to bring about change and find solutions for environmental and social problems.
She currently works as a Senior Visual Designer & Design Researcher at Purpose - where they build and support movements to advance the fight for an open, just, and habitable world.
At Purpose, she has been a part of creating multiple campaigns that focus on climate, health and gender related issues in India. Prior to this, she has worked at creative agencies like Influenster, Please See and Beyondesign.
